Returns a single segment configuration by id, including its full segments[] / rules[] definition and the distinct fieldsUsedInRules.

Use this to inspect the exact rules and output values a config applies before segmenting against it, or to read its current definition before updating it. List Segment Configs already returns every config in full, so use that to browse or search; reach for this endpoint when you already have a configId.

Returns 200 with the segment config. Returns 404 if no config has the given configId.

This endpoint does not consume credits.
